Walter Klassen FX Studio has been the headquarters for a team of artists, industrial designers, leather makers and machinists since 1988. This interdisciplinary studio combines mechanical engineering, fine arts and industrial design to produce one-of-a-kind props for the film and television industry.
Located at Eastern and Broadview, the workshop is equipped with lathes, milling and CNC machines, a laser cutter, a paint studio and 3D printing to help materialize props of any scale. With an egalitarian and collaborative approach to work, Walter’s prop house is unlike any other in the city.
