Bonapart (OWL/TV) was a children’s television series that aired between 1985-1994. The series was a landmark in Canadian broadcast particularly for it’s innovative content examining climate issues and influencing its young audiences to improve the environment.
The show is also one of the highlights of Walter’s career. Klassen built and operated two rigs attached to a skeleton. He worked on set alongside voice actor Michael Lennik and was a crucial part in bringing Bonapart’s character to life.
